Zouk-technique and -combinations - start of course Wedensday September 30th

This fall we will offer a course focused on zouk technique, zouk structure, and zouk combinations.

We will work on improving your basic technique, deepening your understanding of zouk structure, and using that understanding to inspire new figures and variations. Each lesson, we will also ensure plenty of time for dancing to support the embodiment of the new material.

Prerequisites:

You are expected to have completed beginner courses such as Beginner 2 in Aarhus Zoukforening during spring 2026. The course is also relevant for more experienced dancers who want to refine their fundamental technique.

Time:

Wednesdays 17:30–19:00
Optional practica: 19:00–19:30 (including time for individual feedback)

Dates:

Wednesdays, September 30th – December 2nd
No class October 14th (autumn break)

Læssøesgades Skole (Pigernes Gym)
Læssøesgade, 8000 Aarhus C

Price:

450 kr (+ membership of Aarhus Zoukforening for 2026/2027: 100 kr).
