Mere info om dansepavillonen og Danseteltet i Aarhus Festuge:

I dag danser over 3000 aarhusianere med os hvert år – børn, unge, voksne og seniorer.

Danseteltet er vokset ud af sin ramme, og nu står vi sammen med Aarhus Festuge klar til næste skridt: Et bud på, hvordan en permanent Danse- og Kulturpavillon kunne se ud midt i byen.

En pavillon hvor:
• alle kan danse, bevæge sig og mødes på tværs af alder,
• kultur og baggrund amatørkulturen får et synligt sted i byen fællesskab,
• sundhed og livsglæde bliver en del af Aarhus’ puls
• vi skaber et ikonisk samlingspunkt – et “wow”-sted med udsigt til himlen

Vi er nomineret i Nordjyllandsfondens “10 til Forskel”, og din stemme kan være med til at realisere visionen.

Today, over 3,000 Aarhus residents dance with us every year—children, young people, adults, and seniors.

The Dance Tent has outgrown its current setup, and now, together with Aarhus Festival, we are ready for the next step: a vision for what a permanent Dance and Cultural Pavilion in the heart of the city could look like.

A pavilion where:
• everyone can dance, move, and meet across ages
• amateur culture—spanning diverse backgrounds—gains a visible presence in the city
• health and the joy of living become part of the pulse of Aarhus,
• we create an iconic gathering place—a “wow” destination with a view of the sky.

We have been nominated for Nordjyllandsfonden’s “10 til Forskel” initiative, and your vote can help make this vision a reality.
