We will share our approach to 5Rhythms, rooted in the work we received from Gabrielle Roth and her understanding of movement as spiritual practice.

For us, this is something that can be discovered and experienced directly in movement and dance.

This meeting is open to everyone.
The conversation will be in English, and we will naturally include German or Danish where it feels right.

You are welcome whether you already know the work, are curious about it, or are considering joining one of the upcoming workshops.
