In the workshop there will be warmup, drills a cross the floor and ends with a choreography mixed with floorwork and tricks. Amalie always brings variations for the tricks she introduces.

OM AMALIE STITZ
Amalie’s background is rooted in hip hop and acrobatics, elements that continue to shape her distinctive movement style. Her work has taken her to cities around the world, including New York, Bangkok, Minas Gerais, Lisbon, Oslo, Tallinn, and Copenhagen.
She has performed with various theatres and collectives, and has recently collaborated with ISH Dance Collective in Amsterdam and FMKF Collective in Berlin. In 2025, Amalie founded Project001, a Berlin-based dance company focusing on contemporary floorwork.
