👉 FOCUS :
We`ll focus on essential aspects of sensual body movements as a follower (head rolls, weight shift, hips, waves etc.).
Through different exercises we will work on improving our body awareness, as well as our technical skills as a follower in sensual bachata.
Finally, we will have some fun and put what we’ve learned into practice by doing some short sensual choreos.
