WS descriptions:
Saturday WS: Boost your Basics!

Have you heard some dancers talk about how amazing the basics are, or how they can dance basics all night, but you’re not quite convinced? Let Elli and Tais show you how to add that magic to your fundamentals, by developing techniques for comfort, expression, playfulness and awareness. We will explore this with our familiar basic steps, playing with some fun variations, and adding a few surprise twists 😉

Sunday WS: Bending the rules
Baui and Dee have promised that we can be guineapigs on the debut at their new ws exploring the interaction between musicality and zouk structure. Be prepared to be challenged

Supervised practica Sunday: Possibility for both relaxing while dancing your standard material, as well as mixing in the new perspectives. (Dee & Baui will be available for questions and feedback)

Level:

To participate Friday and Saturday you are expected to already know the fundamentals (~having done a beginners course).

Sunday WS will be at advanced level. Participants are expected to already have a very good understanding of basic patterns in zouk, basic techniques and rhythm.

Prices:
Fullpass: 850 kr
Friday + Saturday pass: 550 kr
Workshop Friday 18.30-20.00. (Elli & Tais): 250 kr
Workshops Saturday 11 – 16: Boost your Basics (Elli & Tais): 450 kr
Workshops Sunday 11.30 – 15: Bending the rules (Dee & Baui): 450 kr
Included in the fee for any WS or pass is the free access to all the parties/socials.
Members of Aarhus Zoukforening signing up before January 7th will get a 50 kr discount.

To avoid to much hype about the sign-up process, all sign ups before noon Monday 23th will be treated similar (drawing lots for priority).
After sign-up we will return with information about acceptance or waitinglist within a few days (but expect longer response time during Christmas and New Year).
