Dansen gennem de 5Rytmer® bærer en helende kraft i sig, som vi kan åbne for, når vi giver os hen til at bevæge kroppen i rytmerne: flowing – staccato – chaos – lyrical- stillness®,

Når vi slipper ud af hovedet og ind i dansen, kan vi tappe ind i kroppens, hjertets og intuitionens visdom og lade dansen hele det, der er klar til at blive helet.

Hver rytme bringer sin egen medicin:

FLOWING heler vores væren i kroppen, på jorden og tilliden til at være støttet og båret

STACCATO heler vores lidenskab, hjertets sandhed, udtryk og livskraft

CHAOS heler vores bekymrede sind, stilner tankerne og løsner fastlåsthed

LYRICAL kalder på vores sjæl, heler vores forbundethed med fællesskabet, kreativitet og ekstase

STILLNESS heler vores åndelige dimension, medfølelsen og vores forhold til det, der er større end os.

I denne workshop får du tiden til at bevæge dig dybt ind i rytmerne og invitere deres helende medicin, en rytme og et åndedræt ad gangen.
Heling er ikke at blive fikset, men at finde større frihed, ro og afspændthed i områder, der er forpinte, anspændte, kraftløse eller utilgængelige og holder livet småt og forudsigeligt.
Heling er at skabe bevægelse, venlighed og medfølelse. Heling frisætter energi til at forfølge det, der er værd at leve i dit liv.

Afbestilling af workshops:
Beløbet refunderes op til 14 dage fra startdatoen, minus 15% til administration. Ved afbestilling op til 7 dage før kursusstart refunderes halvdelen af beløbet minus et administrationsgebyr på 15%. Herefter refunderes beløbet ikke. Pladsen kan overdrages til en anden.

Medicine Dance

Dancing through the 5Rhythms® brings a healing power that we can open to when we surrender our bodies to the rhythms: flowing – staccato – chaos – lyrical- stillness®,

When we get out of our heads and into the dance, we can tap into the wisdom of the body, heart and intuition and let the dance heal what is ready to be healed.

Each rhythm brings its own medicine:

FLOWING heals our being in the body, on the earth and the trust to be supported and carried

STACCATO heals our passion, the truth of the heart, expression and life force

CHAOS heals our worried mind, quiets our thoughts and loosens stuckness

LYRICAL calls our soul, heals our connection with our community, our creativity and ecstasy

STILLNESS heals our spiritual dimension, compassion and our relationship with the devine.

In this workshop you will have the time to move deep into the Rhythms and invite their healing medicine, one rhythm and one breath at a time.
Healing is not about being fixed, but about finding greater freedom, peace and relaxation in areas that are tormented, tense, powerless or inaccessible and keep life small and predictable.
Healing is about creating movement, kindness and compassion. Healing frees up energy to pursue what is worth living in your life.

Cancellations for Workshops:
The amount is refunded up to 14 days from the start date, minus 15% for administration. If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, half of the amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of 15%. After this, the amount will not be refunded. The space can be passed on to someone else.
